Allow ur baby to suck on it it will heal. I experience it like some days now within a short period of time it heal on his own. Just endure the pain it past of motherhood

@Blessing, my baby's mouth is small so whenever I try to allow the areola to go well inside, she end up latching on little part of it. @Juliet I use breast pad 24/7 o. Anyway thanks mums for ur response

U can try pumping d breast or buy nipple shield. Nipple shield helps protect crack or sore nipples.

My mum will alwaz say that you should allow your baby suck it that u will heal faster... Then I will suggest you check your baby's latch, he/she shls not feed suck only on the nipple y feeding, allow some part of ur areola to go into your babies mouth. That is what I did to reduce my pain den
