Ur baby needs an antibiotics. Not shea butter. It happened to my baby and i gave her Ampiclox drop 0.6ml every 6hours for 4days, everything dried up.

D agbo i use it to bathe her morning and evening. Den after bathing her in d evening i only use d Sudocrem.

No need to panic. For me i used shea butter and coconut oil mixed together as her cream . After creaming her body i now use Sudocrem on d affected part and den rub rising raving powder. It worked on my baby. But as i ws using it i was using agbo to bathe her and myself drink the agbo so she sucks it. Within two weeks it cleared.
