Good morning mums and Doc in house,pls my one month baby has not poo since Monday, have given her gripe water,still she has not,what can I do?

Had same issues wit my 2months old, I was advised to put a lil glucose in d feeder + water n give, its been helping a lot, I do it every 2 today's, that's been my saving grace. No issues of stress of poop again. Aldoh he dosnt go every day, once in 3days, but no stress wen pooing
