Me I use to put mine inside swallow, which makes me eat swallow every day, I can't stand any kind of drugs cos hangs on my throat whenever I tried to making me uncomfortable, just to make sure I take my drugs daily I make small semo each day and I always have soup bcos of it

Take the drugs at night the effects will be minimal or totally absent, that's what helped me during my pregnancy, my doctor suggested I take them before I sleep

Teeflor I disagree with you. Please I beg youuuuuuuu(lolssss) preganant woman take your drugs or better still change another brand what works for Mr A might not work for Mr B to avoid story that touches the heart.

@tee59, hv u hrd abt spina,bifida??? Thats what happens when a preggy mum doesnt take folic or foods rich in folate.. The doctors who insist that pregnant women use prenatal vitamins know that u cn get those vitamains frm food, yet they insist you take them. If her system is not comfy with a particular type,there are other types. Pls poster, seee ur doctor & switch brands of vitamin

Dont let us deceive ourselves. Your baby wll b fine even if you stop taking d drugs now. Your baby has developed all her organs already,so you dont hv to continue using d drugs seeing d effects on your system. Whether we take routine drugs or not, babies will come out fine and healthy. Dts how God has created it to be. I av seen women who didnt evn take any drug during pregnancy and had healthy babies. So stop using d drugs and stay ok.

Kindly discuss with your doctor to change your prenatal drug to another brands, there are lot of other options you can take e.g Ranferon-12 capsule(contain all you need) one daily with calcium tab will do. You can put inside eba to swallow to minimise the nauseating effect. above all you av few weeks to go, pls endure remember your baby need more calcium now

Blessing Morris has said it all,u sure do need some routine drugs cos it has It's own part to play on ur health & that of ur baby, I know of a pregnant friend who couldn't deal/stand the site of routine drugs cos it makes her throw up but then she settled in for pregnacare which was what she took all tru till her delivery. So u can also do same, is just one tab daily it also plays the role of routine drugs.

The routine drug have it own part to play my dear, you are almost due so keep taking it, it just a few weeks if am right, you can go for Pregnacare it's just one tablet once daily and doesn't smell at all
