It might sound funny but I think the key is lots of fluid... Dats what I do and I think it help. I don't eat much bcos d appetite is not rili dere BT I take lots of water b4 breastfeeding I drink water and even after.. Take tea and pap... But jst alwaz hydrate yourself... Give it a try.. My boy is going to 7wks now dats how I have been coping
