Its not easy especially when u r used to.back or tummy sleeping but thank God am coping I do sleep with my right or left side now

Sleep on your sides, am now used to it..... And as for milk,i think you can take anyone that suits you... Though I stopped peak milk I now take kerrygold milk with ovaltine
