When I put to bed, my baby was poking fine, all of a sudden she stopped and poos once in a long time with so much discomfort as we wait for the D-day.

@OmoNosa, atimes it doesnt help as expectedly but its better to eat food high in fiber. She will still change.

Its normal with babies on EBF...dont give her oranges, its acidic and too strong for his or her stomach or anything. Work on ursef, eat less carbs, take fruits and veggies.

@MyEti, I do take orange almost everyday. It didn't help me till I took a little pineapple and I poo with ease. Do you think that can help the baby?

Is normal for a baby that is on EBF OK, am experiencing same with my baby & was told that is very normal it helps them gain weight, but if u get so worried & wants ur baby to poo just give her a tea spoon of orange water it helps them poo.
