So here is the thing if u r trying for a male child having sex a day before ur ovulation or at most on d day of ovulation increases ur chance for an xy embryo (male child) But pls remember God has d final say

@Esther25946, ok here is my finding according to google the egg u release live for only 24hours but then sperm generally last 3-5days in ur body even doh ppl say y-chromosome sperm is short- lived, I can't say how long but they are faster in motion and also don't thrive well in d acidic environment unlike the x chromosome which are slower in motion but are more resillent .
