Ride on...very gud....breast milk already contains 88% of water and 12% of all d essential viamins and mineral needed by ur baby .its even an antibiotic ...pls feed fine and ebf ur baby u re a gud mother

I did it for my 1st child and it helped me alot, she was very healthy and wasn't sick at all. Am also doing it for my son now(8wks) although it's very stressful cause you have to eat very well and if you are working it's more stressful cos you have to express milk for him. It's easier to do it for girls than boys since they say boys sucks slot. Please continue cos the advantages are more.

Breast milk only is best for your baby for the first six months. EBF does not include water. continue with EBF as long as it is convenient

Dnt listen to people oo sum give advice but not all use that advice for dre kids...imagine sum1 telling me to gv my baby nan...wen my breast milk is overflowing.. And sumtyms gets engorged...just bcs I want to follow d persons advice...if ur breast milk is OK for your baby plz continue but ensure he/she sucks well wen hungry...u cn gv water if u want...tho I do ebf I still gv water, no 1 cn tell me oda wise.. She's my baby ...so...I avnt even hrd that giving baby water did sumfin bad to d baby..

Yesooo I did it with my two kids even though its difficult cos ur baby will always be needing ur attention, but I still manage to even though i also work. And believe d advantages are just too much as against d disadvantages. As for me one of d major disadvantages i am facing now is poor eaten habit in both of them.But dat doesn't mean u have will have such case......pls pls & pls, continue with ur exclusive goodluck all d way... U will be glad u did.
