Wash the potatoes and peel it chopping them in cubes and put on a pot to boil. Do not add salt sometimes I put carrot or fish into mine but I allow it to cook well. Do not seive out the water oh because in doing so I are removing part of the nutrients. Then put in a clean blender and blend until it's very smooth if you see that it's too thick add some water and blend until smooth. And it's ready.
