My son experienced same at that age. Doctors gave him zinc and ors and I was told to watch what I ate. My baby was fine in 2 days.

I can remember my sisters son going through same n the family doctor said once he poos up to 8-9 times he should be brought in for check up so please take him to d hospital and also check what you eat as mummy Anointed said.
