Well mine is use nysil Vaseline on the bombom and no rash

Rashes where? If it's on private part, use diapers(not napkin) and change it each time the baby poo.if it's on the body, take ur baby to see a pediatrician...i was told to use only olive oil on the baby's skin..nothing more
