@darkchocolate, it depends if the whole material was not flushed out by d body u must have to go for evacuation bcs any decayed material left in ur womb can cause a damage to ur womb

@ gift it depends on d bleeding in my own opinion, is it period like? Or clots of blood? If its period like, I Ll advise u hold on, there are so many people who have been evacuating their babies becos their doctor said they miscarried .if there is no pain or clotted blood or strange feelings, no matter the scan result, I Ll advise u hold on for d evacuation, believe me,am a living testimony by His grace
