Don't give scan 100% accuracy @35weeks 5days scan gave me estimated weight of 3.6kg, had my baby 36w3d he weighed 3.2kg. Most important thing is to eat healthy and well you'll need energy to carry that baby around, as well as during delivery/recovery.

Lol don't be afraid dear just reduce ur carb intake just as she said n take vegetbles ,fruits and maybe plantain.I remember at 34 weeks my baby was 2.82 and days wat I did ,I gave birth at 39 weeks baby weighed 3.0 kg

Also scan fetal weight is not accurate fetal weight most of the time so don't over worry yourself. But to be on safe side, stop all fizzy drinks, excessive sugar and carb, junks generally and also engage in walking
