If you really want to do exclusive,u hv to work. From now,start saving up on breastmilk. When your baby is asleep,express & freeze. U can create a breastmilk bank for your baby. Otherwise introduce formula like two weeks to ur resumption

If you can also get manual or electric breast pumping machine. You can extract breast for your baby too. I did that for my baby.

Try introduced ur baby to one formula before u resumed so the baby can be use to it pls
