Good morning mums and docs in the house please have not felt my baby kick since last night..what should I do? FTM.

Hahahaha relax mama, I almost ran mad last week I didn't hear my baby kick for a whole day. I did everythig to make baby kick I jumped, drank something sweet, I gently tapped my tummy still nothing. Then I rushed to do scan and low and behold baby is 100% OK, just sleeping. Hahaha. So relax but to put your mind at rest you can go for scan

If u had sex or did something rigorous its possible,just take something sweet and lie down quietly.
