Consume pineapple, zobo, pepper soup, raw Tomatoes, and dates starting from week 35. You can google about it.
Ladies don't be tired, I was also tired, keep enjoying ur pregnancy, b4 u know it you are carrying ur baby by den u will be missing ur pregnancy time(smiles). Don't cease to pray ask for strength to keep moving, the Lord is ur strength.
