@OmoNosa, whn u want to eat... Pour it in a pot and heat for lik 2-3mins,as soon as is hot u can eat it bc of pros of canned foods.

It can be eaten like dt, with bread ND tea dear. Dts how I normally take mine, it's been prepared already Jst like sardine ,it's a caned food , u can use it to garnish ur food too. , I jst fear it's not properly cooked. We r advised not to take some foods that not properly cooked.
