Good evening Docs and mummys in the house. I'm 37 weeks and 5days gone and the scan result I did today shows that my baby is 3.49kg. Is this OK? Please I'll like to know. I'm scared of episiotomy

Stop much of carbohydrate intake,more of fruits and vegetables,whole grains and nuts.hot water Lipton and work out will help you. I wish you safe delivery soon soon.
