Just pray, I gave birth to a child weighing 4.1kg vaginally. Tear isn't actually based on baby weight, even those dat had 3. Babies have tear. Just be prayerful

Lipton doesn't work oooo, my doctor during my 1st pregnancy whn I asked my doc if I could take Lipton, he said he wouldnt advise it cus he doesn't know the components of Lipton, bt i cldnt take coffee bt not always.
