I agree with Mrs Abohi on the benefits, I also got to know from the pharmacist that it makes babies big, I took it sparingly during my pregnancy but I took the ordinary pregnacare during my last trimester.

I think the main benefit is brain nd eye development of the foetus,I'm using the pregnacare plus omega 3 now,I have a friend who used it during her pregnancy nd wen she gave birth baby's eye was so clear with a very clean skin

It is simply a multivitamin... To help u and ur baby to substitute d once u mit not be getting from ur regular food. During pregnancy, mother r adviced to tk dia routine drugs, while others go for pregnacare. Both achieves same result, though some Dr's prescribes Routin Drugs only... Vice versa
