Some time doc will tell u to be mindful of what u eat too much of mineral can cos jidjidi for babies if his or her poo is strong so stop eating dry bread but u can take it with tea to help ur infant baby pls

U can eat whatever thing u want to eat so far u eat healthy and nourishing food. Ur son might find it difficult to poo if ure giving him formula. Take care
