Funnily, I took pineapple during my pregnancy(I didn't know then that it causes miscarriage till the last semester) Immediately I got to know that it causes miscarriage, I stopped taking it.

They are some research that shows pineapple might be dangerous for your unborn child. Even though they are no empherical evudence, To be safe, take other fruits and avoid pineapple. I avoided it when I was pregnant
