My baby boy weighed 5.7kg at 6weeks, and as we went for 10weeks he weigh 7kg. Pls doc and mum is the weight OK at his age?

Yes, it is. The Normal Weight for a baby boy at 6 weeks is between 4.4 kg - 7.0 kg
