Hi. First of all how old is your baby? Well, you should know that fast breathing is normal for newborns till about 2 months for some, three months as their lungs are not as big as ours. As far as there is no congestion of the nasal cavity that is whizzing or croaking sound while the baby is breathing which signifies difficulty in breathing, then you're OK.
