My dear it's not a joke. We in d south Dat Wat we rub after delivery my baby is 2mths and am still rubbing it. Ur oil may b 1lit or depending on ow plenty u want it. Put d oil in a new pot then put it on fire to bleach as if u want to bleach palm oil to fry. There after allow it to cold and use it morning and evening after ur hot bath. Massage it plenty to ur skin. U ll call me to tank me.

Just go back 2 ur previous cream ur skin wld come back gradually. U know it took months during pregnancy 4 ur skin 2 go dark so it wld take weeks or few months 4 it 2 go back 2 it normal self.
