I had stitches when I had my baby my doctor also said I should not sit on hot water but to only bath with hot water which is what I did and the stitches melted on its own so my dear listen to your doctor your own is not the same with another person listen to your doctor

Sit inside (not on top) bearably hot /warm water that has dettol and salt. The water should enter your private part. Morning and night, it works wonder.

I sat on hot water immediately after I was stitched, the nurses provided the water for me and it didn't affect my stitches at all, instead it helped the healing process; which didn't exceed two weeks, kindly don't mind any advice against sitting on hot water is not true, though the water will not be too hot just mailed.

No don't do it now. It's too early. If you sit on hot water now it will force the stitches to tear. As for the tread it will devolve on it own. It doesn't need to be removed or lose
