Pls mummies in the house which soap and cream is good for babies skin? I use black soap and coconut oil and my baby's skin isn't smooth plus it seems she appears darker. I need help pls.

my baby is using shea butter with coconut oil. and his skin is fair and smooth. I did the coconut oil myself

Tnk u very much mummies. Just that I noticed my baby's skin is exfoliating and not very smooth as it should be. Don't know if it's d black soap dat is too harsh on her skin or dat she reacts to d coconut oil used on her.
