Don't let his complain affect u, Tho u need to get back in shape for ur own good but he should understand dat u didn't inflate ur Tommy but a life that was co-produced by him,made it dat way. Now my solution: try using waist trainer it worked for me Tho Mumc did d hot water pressing of Tommy ,but constantly using a waist trainer helped, make sure u r exercising rightly. And don't b anxious ,u will b fine.
