Pls see a gynaecologist, not just any doctor. Your prolactin level is high, that's why u lactating, you might not conceive with high prolactin level.

It could be hormonal imbalance, happend to me before and my doctor put me on medications. My periods are stable now. U can go to the hospital and check with a doctor, all the best
