For the breastmilk u can rub kernel oil to massage ur breast after bath with hot water

You can also boil the palmwine a bit and drink hot.

Little addition add detol to d hot water.With time u ll be so fine. Legs ll definitely go down.

For d breast milk take hot pap, hot tea, palm wine or kunu. For ur feet try to avoid cold tins for now nd it will go down in time. For the cut do d hot water sitting wit ur legs closed, don't worrry before u know it u will b back to ur normal self
