Let him or her eat what you eat but don't force him oooo he will keep looking at you when you are eating just let him have a taste he will start from there

Start with formula for the first week. Then you can introduce purees,cereals like pap, fruits,vegetables,rice(ground). Start with 2-3 teaspoons everyday.
