Don't give up. Keep encouraging your baby. In my own case i have big nipples and it's always an issue for my new born babies. Just keep pumping, keep trying with baby and take lots of water, oats, hot amala and ewedu and you'll start having full breasts in no time. Good luck. Be encouraged.

Try and bring out your nipple because the more the baby sucks the more milk you will produce. Buy syringe without the needle, cut it open from the pointed side and place it on your nipple and pull out. Massage your nipple also while bathing.
