My 11weeks old baby has Catarrh. I've use saline drops, tried to help him suck it out and steaming but it's not subsiding. Pls Doctors and Mums what

@Olamiposi, when olbas didn't work for my baby and her nose was dripping, I had to go with zithromax and the catarr disappeared within a day.

@Idode, thanks Sis. However, Pfizer zithromax is a very very strong drug if I can go by what I just read about it......and I also read the single oral dosage is not for Pediatric use.... The catarrh must have been extremely bad for a doctor to prescribe such strong medication for a baby...

Olabs didn't work for my baby. I used Pfizer Zithromax for 3days. Infacr day 1, Cataar vanished. It was prescribed by the doctor.

Pls when bathing him you no to be extra ordinary careful because as far as you pour water and is passing through nose no amount of medicine you give that we work. You can be given vitaminc use warm water to press in the morning and use menthletom is hand leg and the nose.

You can use menthol Crystal. Put some in a bowl of hot water somewhere around the room and allow the menthol circulate.

Do u cover him very well, do u use AC or fan?. Apply mentholatum under his feet n wear socks immediately. Apply a little on his chest n cov. er him.up immediately. Buy Olbas Baby decongestant for babies n put drops in his cot or wherever he sleeps. If it dsnt subside after three days, hosp FAST
