Ideal 3month baby's weight is 4.8-6kg using docs calculation. I think your baby is fine ma, no cause for alarm. What was her birth weight if I may ask

Please don't start building your babies immune system with drugs to aid him eat he is still very young, just breast feed very well even as you add formula
