@Omisore, CS is not excuse not to do EBF .EBF is best, safest and cheapest and has all d body requirement of d baby! U can still stop d formula and increase ur breast milk quantity by eating well, take lots of water, fruits and vegetable, milk and pap too. I assure u, there will be difference!

Ok,tnx but am having issue bcs my breast is not lactating very well & also I gave birth tru cs so I was unable to feed her for two days & dey already giving her formula​ n I wanted to stop d formula but what can I do so dat my breast can lactate very well
