Avoid excessive caffeine intake, alcohol, smoking, excessive weight gain, junks, avoid being over stressed, avoid excessive exercises one can do exercises but not to do it like a sports person, eat fruits and veggies, i dont think any fruit is bad For TTC except ur doc says so and lastly av a joyful attitude. The list doesn't end here u can ask ur gynaecologist for more, let's remember individual differences has it role to play too!
