Use more of oil on ur baby skin, babies generally needs oil on their skin

It happen to my son skin too, his skin at the back was dry, something like this too but his own is not red. I started using coconut oil as his body cream . I also use it to rub his back whenever he wants to sleep at night. Now it has cleared.
