Hibiscus leaves use for making zobo is an abortifacient herb. Its highly contraindicated in pregnancy especially 1st trimester. I know of someone that lost 6weeks preg to it.

Its ok to take it as long as there is little or no ginger in it because of miscarriages in early pregnancy.
