Children love coacoa. We usually call it tea. Give him lots. Its healthy n fattening. You still need to purée real food like @chinelo suggested

Have you tried giving him the foods you eat in puree form? Foods like plaintain,egg,potato will make him gain enough weight. Also give him lots of fruits n veggies to boost his appetite and immunity.
