Hello mummies and doc am new here please I need an advice or help my baby is 3weeks plus but up till now my breast milk is not coming out and my baby

My stayed 2weeks without breast milk but I gave her SMA gold milk and when I started taking palm wine and palm oil rice,the breast milk started flowing and I stopped giving her formula. Breast milk is the best.it make them healthy and not sick.

Please use olive oil and clean your nipples after that use warm water.then be taking palm oil rice put plenty crayfish, drink tea,pap and fresh palm wine.

Take pap, tea or palmwine regularly. Also allow your baby to latch on it like that, his/her mouth will open your nipple duct. Your husband can also suck hard on your nipple to open it. Make sure your nipple is free of any dirt.

Apply Vaseline on your nipple and use a clean white cloth to clean it up and then wash it with water in case of dirt. Take the pap that I know it works like magic also do what horlorlardey mystiq said

Hi, get a breast pump and espress it out yourself or if u can allow ur mum or any of ur relative press ur nipple for u, its painful tho so u might not be able to do it urself very well and pls Wash ur nipple very well so dat watever is covering d surface will remove.
