One thing I noticed is babies r not d same. They consume differently.. Just let us ensure we don't overfeed them and as long as they r healthy everyone will be happy.. God will continue to bless our babies

@Adedunmola, loool. U buy liver,boil.till.very soft n puree it. Get ground fish(dt bonger fish), grind to powder. Get shrimps(d big crayfish), grinded regular crayfish alaran fish, boil n debone. Pick ewedy,wash n boil. Pour into ur blender with d deboned alaran n some iru &blend. When u get ur desired consistency, pour bk into d pot n add d crayfish,shrimps & bonger.add A tspn of palmoil. Let it boil fr sm mins, finish!

@mummy David u dont need to give only formula for a child of that age cos it wont hold him. Even my 3 months baby consumes 250ml at once and will still want more. So inculcate the milk in his cereal.

Ah my sister, he's on family food o since 7months. He is 10months plus now. Cereal is once a day & he dsnt evn take it daily. Its mostly when I'm going out i pack cereal fr him. He eats everythg I & his dad eat. I just make his own very soft n I dnt add salt to it. rice,spaghetti,semo&ewedu of 7lives,amala, moimoi without salt&maggi,dodo n beans, potato&veggies. my pikin dey chop house food wella dts why am finding it difficult to keep up with this 500-600mls of milk.4 now we do abt 400.

But try n place him/her on family food along with cereal. Like my first born then he will take milk in morning once he is up, next cereal but I have diff flavor of it then, next rice mixed with ewedu soup, then I mash banana n milk at bed time. Gradually u will start solid but very soft.

@feyi1, that's what I do ma(every 3hrs) but this milk matter, its not every meal I put milk na. I will try to.figure out how to go abt it
