For d poo, there's nothing to worry about, its common with EBF babies, its a phase that will pass, feed her more especially after each episode of poo. While breastfeeding her, empty one breast before putting her to the other so she wont be feeding more on hind milk, that might even be d cause of d greenish poo, it could also be teething. As long as ur baby is healthy, growing well and active, no cause for alarm. But if it become intense, kindly see ur doctor.
