Get flu- j syrup it will stop the sneezing it maybe cold I dont think it teething.

I dont know if running nose is part of teething sign but for d frequent sneezing do u have dog(s) around or flowering plants... If yes then u baby may b showing signs of allergy... Pls investigate d sneezing properly
