Mam dont just ask for any safe antibiotics pls. Yes antibiotics is for infections but they also have their specification. The boil-like thing might actually be fungal infection and not bacteria so all the ampiclox nd zinnat said won't work for it and that will only result in misuse and resistance could set in. Pls visit your physician or pharmacist (in community pharmacy) for proper examination
