Please this boy is still very tender and cannot express himself more than crying even if the pain is unbearable for him.kindly take him to d clinic since u v applied sheabutter for a while and there's no improvement. Please take him to the hospital, they will give him antibiotics and it will dried up but it is not advisable to administer it by your self.
