Taking follic acid for three months would be great, with my first pregnancy my doc advised only follic acid for three months, den at four months I started taking pregna care bt i never failed to take follic acid while on it ND my baby came out cute ND she's so bright.

I took b complex,folic acid and vitc for 3months. Then continued with pregnacare plus for the rest of d stage.

My doctor insisted I take folic acid before conception to 24weeks of pregnancy then he prescribed pregnacare plus for me, when I asked why he said pregnacare doesn't have sufficient folic acid for a Nigerian mother. So I will advice you speak with your doctor.
