Eat fruits like watermelon or pineapple it might increase your appetite for a good meal. But do not take too much pineapple it used to cut the edges of my mouth when I was pregnant.

U av to force some food down n av a good rest,if u have a help just eat n sleep,u will feel better with time.especially if u r still in ur early weeks
