It might not be menses, it could be spotting or bledding, assess d quantity of d blood... If its much, see ur Doctor ASAP but if its not, it could be implantation bleeding or spotting maybe due to threatened abortion, if dats d case u need lots of rest and if it persists after 24hours see ur doc.
