Hello mummies in the house please as anyone use this before, i heard that it helps cervix to ripen for labor, plz how true is it?

Yes am using it now, it helps soften your cervix and makes you dilate faster when in Labour. Though am inserting 1000mg vaginally every night. I don't swallow it.

I know evening primrose is use to aid regulation of hormonal imbalance, if it now help with cervix ripening, I don't know. However, we have natural methods (foods) that aid cervix ripening and increase uterine contraction, e.g pineapple, unripe pawpaw, spicy food (pepper), hibiscus flower (zobo), Date (dabina) etc
